Head NW up good climb to junction with Ice Cave Trail, stay right. Continue climb NW up and over Blue Ridge Mtn. Good downhill abit rocky helps with technical skills. Stay right at junction with the Springs Trail. Gentle downhill with some good technical rock on the ride east to trailhead. Ends wit short climb up road to trailhead. Watch for sharp lf on the road.
